Unfortunately, this article failed to state the size of the study so it is hard to confirm the accuracy of the results of this study.  In any case, please don’t forget that your choice of the workout plan and level of intensity must match your level of fitness, strength as well as medical history. For example, if a 60 year old male who has been sedentary for the last 20 years of his life decides to join one the of the CrossFit group classes as a fast way to get fit, well it is a recipe for a disaster.
