I have to say while, it does make some interesting points it proves to be another example of “what is bad one day is good the next” advice. It seems there is constantly conflicting stories and research out there, making it near impossible to make an educated decision when it comes to your diet. I believe that the best approach is moderation and always trying to eat fresh natural foods. Why not have full cream milk, and enjoy all the benefits of the natural milk as long as it’s in moderation. Moderation is the key to eating healthy as well as having a bit of fun with your diet. Your diet should not be overly restrictive and repetitive. Just as long as you don’t over indulge, avoid processed foods and keep an eye on the size of your portions you will enjoy all the health benefits of the healthy diet.
