We facilitate running and walking tours of Sydney as well as other fitness services to guests of participating Sydney hotels. Our experienced trainers meet hotel guests directly at the venue and guide them for a run/walk around various pre organized routes around Sydney’s amazing must see attractions. We aim to enhance guests stay at the hotel by introducing participants to main attractions and the history of our harbor city as well help to maintain health and fitness while being away from home.
Maintaining ones fitness and health while travelling is an important concern for many people today. We provide this service to guests in order to create a seamless experience of exercise while exploring a new destination.
This experience is suitable to people of all ages and fitness levels, as coach will tailor each session to the needs of the participants. We recommend limiting number of participants to no more than 20 people and duration to approximately 60 minutes. Generally our trainer will determine appropriate level of training intensity and best suited route on the day based on the number of guests taking part and their fitness level.
